    No ****ing wonder nothings dry , this was in a pail of water in shade behind dryer , full 4 “ ice . Mini ice age , maybe ....?Click image for larger version

    Had to be below freezing for a long period of time to do that. Shade played a big factor!

    Not trying to be a smart ass, and I realize how serious this is, but thankfully the 2x4 wasn't rough!

      I feel your pain! There is already ice on my dugout here and ground has been pretty hard last couple mornings, luckily we got enough snow covering the crop to insulate it from these temps. LOL but not really.

      Oh and you may wish it was September but that don't make it so.

        On last Monday when I wanted to turn a hopper bin I had been drying in, I had to use the tiger torch to open the gate, then an axe to chip through about as much frozen grain as is in your pic. Extension cords to fans are frozen in the ground lately. Cows are not impressed with this weather whatsoever.
